We ship all our products via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation comes standard with all orders.
Your shipping will be calculated according to the weight and destination of your package during checkout.
We also offer international through the United States Postal Service. We are happy to ship internationally, however please note that the customer is responsible for any and all customs fees. Also note that there is no tracking or insurance available on our standard First Class Airmail shipping. If you would like to add these options, please contact us for rates.
Order Processing Times
Many of our products are made fresh when you order them to insure the highest quality. For this reason, please allow up to 5-8 business days for processing on orders (excluding shipping time). Please be assured that we do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. If you’re shooting for a certain date, please shoot us an email at email@example.com, including your order number, and we will do our best to expedite your order. If you need your package immediately, please contact us to discuss the possible options.
All in-stock products will be shipped as soon as processed. On the off-chance that we run out of an item unexpectedly, we will notify you immediately and withhold the shipment of your entire order. Your order will be shipped as soon as all the items become available. Under such circumstances, you will have the option to substitute another product or request a cancellation and refund on the back-ordered items within 5 business days of the date of notification.
Due to the handcrafted and sensitive nature of our other products, we cannot offer a guaranteed return policy on these items. There will be no returns on any items with the exception of circumstances where the item is found to be clearly damaged or defective beyond the expected variations inherent to its nature, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Natural variations are an inherent quality of our products and contribute to their unique value. For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to variations in color, size, texture or scent.
