Where can I buy your items?
You can purchase our items right here through our ecommerce site, or you can visit our Etsy shop. We occasionally distribute to small regional shops, but you’ll find the greatest variety through our site.

How much is shipping?
Your shipping will be calculated according to the weight and destination of your package at checkout. We ship all our products via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation comes standard with all orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping via First Class Air Mail through our shopping cart. This is generally the most reasonably priced option but, unfortunately, it does not include any kind of tracking. Occasionally, it may be possible to reduce shipping charges by shipping via Priority Flat Rate Box/Envelope – we will contact you if this is an option which may potentially save you money after you place your order and will issue the appropriate refund.

When will my order ship?
Because all our products are made fresh and in small batches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll find it’s worth the wait!

What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted and sensitive nature of our products, we cannot offer a guaranteed return policy on these items. There will be NO RETURNS on any products with the exception of circumstances where the item is found to be clearly damaged or defective beyond the expected variations inherent to its nature, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Natural variations are an inherent quality of our products and contribute to their unique value. For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to variations in color, size, texture or scent.

What is the shelf-life of your body products?
The hand-crafted nature of our products makes it difficult to determine an exact shelf-life. However, we generally advise that you try to use up your product within a year of the date of purchase. Of course, once it starts smelling funky or turning neon green, common sense would dictate that you should probably chuck it.

How can I get in touch with you?
The easiest way to reach us is by email, which we check and answer compulsively, at info@bunnybuttapothecary.com. Carrier pigeons are always welcome.

What is your position on animal testing?
We do our best to seek out suppliers who do not test their products on cute fuzzy things. Our own resident animals wouldn’t have it any other way, though they do at times try to lick Anya’s buttery appendages as she tests everything on herself.

Are your products all-natural?
Our products are anywhere from 90% to 100% natural. The “active” ingredients in all our formulations, meaning the ones that make them awesomely nourishing for your skin, are natural plant oils. Other ingredients, like our emulsifiers, ride the border in that they are derived from plant sources but have gone through a bit of processing to get them into their current form. Others still, like our fragrance oils and preservative, are largely synthetic. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a “natural” preservative that will keep your lotion from growing fuzzies, nor can one render essential oil from a birthday cake. Because of this, we have chosen to include these carefully chosen synthetic ingredients for the sake of your safety and olfactory enjoyment.

Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are completely vegan. However, some do contain animal-derived products such as milk, beeswax and honey. These products are clearly discernible, just check the list of ingredients.
